There are 4 venues, dedicated to educating and inspiring our visitors where you can:

• Taste the extraordinary diversity of British Cheese
• Explore different aspects, styles or regions of cheese
• Match cheese with wines, beers, ciders & Perry
• Learn what it takes to make an award-winning cheese
• Discover the key to unlocking the mystery behind wine

(Most of the events held on Saturday are repeated on Sunday)

 

YOUR M & S HALL OF CHAMPIONS
A chance to meet the judges, talk to the cheesemakers and taste some of the medal and award -winning cheese from the 2010 British Cheese Awards.


 

THE DAIRY        
This marquee is dedicated to Cheesemaking Demonstrations, one of the most popular events of the Festival that appeals to all ages.


 
GRAPPLING WITH THE GRAPE    
The "Grappling with the Grape" wine workshops are designed to demystify wine and educate your palate.


CHEESE HEADQUARTERS      
"Headquarters" consists of 21 Masterclasses held in 2 large marquees

• The House of Commons
• The House of Lords

TICKET INFORMATION
ON THE DAY

• You can purchase Masterclass tickets from the Cheese Headquarters Ticket Office inside the Festival grounds.
• Events take between 25 - 55 minutes including question time at the end.
• Ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the start time as sessions will start on time

VOUCHERS (AVAILABLE WITH ADVANCED FESTIVAL TICKETS ONLY)
You can use your £3.50 voucher as full or part payment for any of these events in advance or at the Festival, subject to availability.

Most of the products in the Masterclasses are available for sale at the Festival.  So if you find a cheese, beer, chutney or wine you love - don't go home without it!
